Return a product

It is always possible that a product upon receipt does not match what you expected. Returning the product is no problem for us.

Our return procedure:

For returning of an artikle  we have a simple return procedure:

• Download here the retourformulier and fill it out completely.
• Mail to info@taiwanchlorella.nl to report your return and add the pdf file as an attachment. If we know about it before this will speed up the process.
• We will assess the form and determine whether the return falls within the terms.
• Finally if so, we will credit the payment to your account, we strive to complete this within 14 days.

Cancellation of your order

You can cancel your order as long as your order has not been sent yet. This is free of charge. You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@taiwanchlorella.nl with the reason of the cancellation.
A credit payment, if applicable will be paid within 30 days.

14 day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the delivered article, you can return it within 14 days, if undamaged, unopened and unused. You pay no penalty except the shipping costs incurred.
